Ownership: You retain ownership of the videos and other content you upload to the platform.
Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the content you upload, and you agree not to upload content that infringes the rights of others or is unlawful.
Ownership: Melio retains the rights for any music generated on the platform. When you create a song you are granted a license to use this track according to your plan (free, basic or premium).
License: You are granted a license to use the generated tracks in your videos.
Restrictions: You agree not to resell or redistribute the generated tracks except as part of your videos, unless express agreement is made with Melio.
Yes! The AI-generated music from our platform can be used directly in various creative projects as long as your subscription is active. This includes: Background music for videos, podcasts, social media, and internal presentations (both personal and commercial). YouTube videos and other online content. However, we do not take responsibility if the music is used for TV, radio, or cinema advertisements, or any other advertisement that is not online used. Additionally, regulations regarding AI-generated music may vary by country, so we recommend checking the relevant laws in your location.

Billing: You agree to pay all fees according to the subscription plan you have chosen.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription according to the conditions described on the platform.
Melio shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform or its services.
Melio reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. You will be notified of any changes, and your continued use of the platform will constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.
